On the third day of its theatrical run, Prem Keetanu, featuring Veer Pahariya in the lead role, saw a 11.4% decline in box office collections, grossing Rs 31 lakh net in India. This decline occurred as the film competed with Ajay Devgn's Drishyam: The Conclusion, which may have deterred potential viewers. The movie, released on October 2, stars debutant Aafiya Sayed alongside Aparshakti Khurana, Nikhil Vijay, and Rakesh Bedi in pivotal supporting roles.
With its total India net collection now at Rs 1.16 crore and a gross of approximately Rs 1.38 crore, Prem Keetanu has yet to overcome its reported production budget of around Rs 3 crore.
