For the past year, Jung had been dedicating his free time to online classes and self-studying for an English proficiency examination.

He eventually secured admission to his preferred institution. Jang expressed her pride in her father's achievement to their daughter, Lisa, by saying, "That's amazing. You're so capable." As they prepared to depart for Korea, Jang conveyed her congratulations to her husband, saying, "Honey, congratulations."
