The Baltimore Ravens football team secured their third win of the 2026 season with a 24-18 victory over the Tennessee Titans. Quarterback Lamar Jackson, however, sustained an injury during the game, raising concerns among fans. NFL insider Adam Schefter confirmed that Jackson will undergo an MRI on his left ankle on Monday. The injury occurred in the second half of the match when Titans defensive end Jermaine Johnson II sacked Jackson, causing the quarterback to roll his left ankle awkwardly.
Jackson left the game wearing a protective boot and was listed as questionable to return, playing only 20 minutes before halftime. Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley took over and completed 8 of 9 passes for 63 yards. The extent of Jackson's injury is still uncertain, with initial assessments ranging from day-to-day to week-to-week pending the MRI results.
Ravens head coach Jesse Minter acknowledged the severity of the situation and expressed optimism for the team's chances despite Jackson's absence.
