CREDAI home expo on October 24, 25

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) will host its sixth Home Expo in Vizianagaram from October 24 to 25, as announced by the state vice-president K.S.C. Bose on Monday. The expo aims to attract thousands of families from the North Andhra region, capitalizing on the city's growth following the opening of an international airport and a proposed Reliance Data Center at Bhogapuram.

Property prices in Vizianagaram remain reasonable compared to cities like Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, despite similar construction costs, according to Bose. The property show will feature around 100 stalls, including vendors of building materials, lifts, and interior decoration. Banking institutions will also offer on-the-spot loans to eligible customers.

CREDAI's former chairman V. Parthasaradhi expressed hope that visitors from outside Vizianagaram would also attend the expo.
