Cajetan Lenz and Tim Drexler receive late Germany U21 call-ups

Germany U21 head coach Antonio Di Salvo has called up Tim Drexler and Cajetan Lenz to his squad for the crucial European Championship qualifier against Georgia later on Tuesday. This late change occurred after Tom Bischof moved up to the senior Germany team and Noahkai Banks had to withdraw due to injury. Both Germany and Greece are currently tied at the top of Group F with 24 points each, making this match a decisive one for both teams.

Drexler, who has previously played for Germany U21, returns after RB Salzburg centre-back Noahkai Banks got injured and is expected to be out for some time.
