Accept real fight, ex-BBNaija star Mike Edwards challenges Carter Efe to boxing bout

Former Big Brother Naija star Mike Edwards has challenged internet personality and content creator Carter Efe to a boxing match following his recent victory over singer Speed Darlington. Edwards, a professional boxer himself, took to social media to invite Carter Efe to step up his opponents and accept a "real challenge." He claimed to have previously challenged Carter Efe to a fight after his first bout, noting that the streamer had continued to avoid the matchup despite having had three fights.

Edwards wrote, "Stop the cap. Now you’re saying you want to fight 'real men' and 'real fighters'... I've been right here the whole time." He pointed out that while Carter Efe had three fights, he had only fought once, questioning the streamer's excuse for not accepting his challenge. Edwards acknowledged that Carter Efe was "getting his bag" from the fights but urged him to offer fans a bigger contest.

He also revealed he had spoken with Dr Eazy Adamu and Balmoral Promotions regarding the proposed bout, calling for the fight to be officially arranged. Edwards expressed his desire to give Nigerian fans the fight they wanted, stating, "Machine Mike vs Carter Efe." Edwards concluded his challenge with a direct message to the streamer, saying, "You say you want a real fighter? I'm not hard to find. Quit ducking me."
