The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has firmly stated that their National Leader, Seriake Dickson, has no secret or open deal with the All Progressives Congress (APC) administration. Dickson is not being used as a front for the APC, nor is he intent on sabotaging the presidential candidate of the NDC, Peter Obi, and his running mate, Rabiu Kwankwaso.
In a statement, the NDC challenged the rumors circulating in the media, urging the public to not accept lies spread over time as truth. The party's statement emphasized that Dickson, a distinguished senator, has no arrangements with the APC or any other party to undermine the NDC's presidential candidate and his vice-presidential nominee.
The NDC believes that anyone familiar with Dickson's public service record would not associate him with any behind-the-scenes efforts to undermine his own party and its presidential aspirants.
