Karan Patel secured his third career ARC title in Tanzania during the 2026 FIA African Rally Championship season, ending the campaign with a perfect four-from-four winning record. The Skoda Fabia Rally2 driver won the final leg of the 2026 ARC Serengeti Rally of Tanzania, adding to his earlier victories at the Safari Rally Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.
Patel's victory came before the start of the Tanzanian leg following the withdrawal of compatriot Aakif Virani, who was the only driver with an outside mathematical chance of winning the title.
