Tinubu is incompetent, Muslim-Muslim ticket a bondage – Primate Ayodele

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, criticized President Bola Tinubu as an incompetent leader, claiming that Nigeria has yet to experience true independence due to poor governance. In a statement, Ayodele highlighted that the nation is burdened by hardship and hunger, with the government complaining more than taking action to solve the country's issues.

He stated, "We are not fully independent. It's an independence of stagnancy and hunger. Tinubu isn't competent to be a president, so there is no way the people will enjoy independence." Ayodele expressed that there is no freedom in the current situation in Nigeria and argued that a Muslim-Muslim ticket does not represent independence, but rather bondage.

He warned that true independence can only be achieved through restructuring, but the government is not prepared to engage in that conversation. The Primate further described the government as selfish and unprepared, blaming their lack of plans for the younger generation as a reason why citizens have not experienced the feeling of independence.

He concluded by stating that bad leadership has commercialized and sabotaged the nation's independence and that there is no amount of prayers that can help if there is poor governance.
