Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has been interviewed by the standards commissioner regarding a £5 million gift from crypto billionaire Christopher Harborne. The interview, which took place last month, lasted for about half an hour. Farage claims the gift was for his personal security. If the commissioner finds a serious breach of the rules, the matter could be passed to the standards committee of MPs and lay members, which could result in a recommendation for a sanction or the recall petition.
