Musk says he will rename SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI

Elon Musk announced on Sunday that he intends to rename SpaceX's AI division from SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI, in response to US President Donald Trump's proposal to replace the term "artificial intelligence" with "super intelligence." Musk responded to a query on X expressing his intention to make this change. However, as of the time of publication, the X account associated with SpaceXAI had not been altered.

Musk did not offer further details on the name change or provide an estimated timeline for the implementation. SpaceXAI did not provide a comment on the matter when asked for clarification. During a speech at the UN General Assembly last month, Trump stated that "from this point forward, all of United States documents, and hopefully the world’s will be changed to use the much more accurate term ‘super’ as opposed to artificial. So it’s super intelligence."
