Mekdam Holding receives Ashghal award for contract worth up to QR262.5 mn

Mekdam Holding Group announced Sunday that its subsidiary, Mekdam Technical Services W.L.L., has been awarded a contract by Qatar's Public Works Authority (Ashghal). The contract, potentially worth up to QR262.5 million, is for providing specialized professional personnel to Ashghal's Designs Department. This three-year agreement, starting from the commencement date or until the total value of mobilization orders reaches QR262.5 million, whichever occurs first, was announced on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) website.

Mekdam believes this award will bolster its project portfolio and support the expansion of its long-term project base. The company stated that they will now proceed with fulfilling contractual procedures according to tender requirements, signing the contract, and initiating the project. Mekdam also noted that the award underscores the ongoing demand for their services and aligns with their strategy of balanced growth and business diversification.
