Lagosians remain winless after Sai Masu Gida draw

In a Nigeria Premier Football League matchday seven clash between Sai Masu Gida and Noisy Lagosians, the visitors were held to a 1-1 draw at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano on Saturday. Valentine Ugwu opened the scoring for Noisy Lagosians in first-half stoppage time, but Abdullahi Musa equalized for Sai Masu Gida in the 48th minute.

Both teams missed several chances to secure a win, resulting in a stalemate. The draw kept Daniel Ogunmodede’s Noisy Lagosians winless after three matches, following a 1-1 draw with Barau FC and a goalless game against Ikorodu City. The result also lifted the visitors to fifth place on the table. Sai Masu Gida, who had won 10 of their last 11 home matches before this game, will face Ibadan’s Shooting Stars in their next fixture, while Noisy Lagosians will host Bendel Insurance.
