Actress Jessica Capshaw and her husband Christopher Gavigan bought a 1927 Spanish Colonial-style home in Santa Monica for $3.05 million in 2007. They completely restored the house and replaced its old garage with an eco-friendly guesthouse. In 2020, the couple sold the property in an off-market deal for $5.75 million.
