Israeli forces, settlers continue campaign of detentions and attacks in West Bank

Israeli forces and settlers have persisted with a campaign of detentions and attacks in the West Bank since Saturday evening, according to reports. Israeli forces apprehended three Palestinian farmers and seized a truck filled with bananas in the Ras al-Ahmar region, southeast of Tubas, reported Mutaz Basharat, Tubas governorate official overseeing the Jordan Valley file, citing Wafa.

Settlers, protected by Israeli soldiers, targeted Palestinian homes in the Wadi al-Hasin and Harat Jaber areas of Hebron's Old City on Saturday evening. They hurled threats and insults, using obscene language, and Israeli forces fired live ammunition at Palestinian homes in the vicinity, reported Wafa.

In Usarin, a village south of Nablus, Israeli settlers assaulted and injured a 27-year-old Palestinian man. Medical sources informed Wafa that the wounded individual was transported to a hospital for treatment. Israeli forces also initiated an arrest campaign in the Nablus district's Burqa village and raided Palestinian homes in Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, as per Al Jazeera.

Clashes erupted between Palestinians and Israeli forces during an operation in Deir Jarir village, east of Ramallah, according to Al Jazeera.
