Eagles DT Jalen Carter praises Aaron Donald, impressed by 'everything about him'
Jalen Carter was hoping to meet Aaron Donald after today's game.
In a video recorded by Eagles beat reporter E.J. Smith, Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter expressed his desire to learn from the legendary Rams defender Aaron Donald. Despite Donald being potentially ruled out of their upcoming game due to injury, Carter hopes to meet with the Super Bowl champion after today's match.
Carter, who recorded two sacks in the Rams' 23-14 defeat to the Rams, stated that he missed an opportunity to speak with Donald in 2023 and hopes to pick his brain during this game. Carter praised Donald's overall performance, saying, "Everything about him." He commended Donald's physique, workout routine, pass rush techniques, hand-eye coordination, and overall technique, asserting that he is one of the greatest defensive tackles in NFL history.
While Donald's availability for the game remains uncertain, the Eagles' strong performance suggests that they may face each other again in the postseason.
