Colorado football coach Deion Sanders is criticizing the team's quarterback room, stating it is "disabling" and "disarming" the squad. This comes after the Buffaloes suffered a 27-0 loss to Texas Tech on Saturday, failing to score a single point in the second half. The loss has left Colorado with a 2-3 record for the season, and tied for last in the Big 12 standings with a 0-2 conference record.
Sanders believes one of his young quarterbacks needs to step up and lead the team to victory, as they have now lost 10 of their last 11 Big 12 games. The Buffaloes are in danger of their third losing season in four years under Sanders' leadership. Colorado will look to turn things around when they face ranked Utah on October 17.
