Bandits use RPG to turn semolina in camp [Video]

A video has surfaced showing bandits using a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) to transform semolina into a meal, according to a report by conflict reporter D English Alhaji on Facebook. The footage, which emerged on Sunday, allegedly depicts the bandits preparing the semolina using an RPG launcher. This incident adds to ongoing concerns about the activities of armed groups in northern Nigeria, where bandit attacks, kidnappings, and other forms of insecurity remain prevalent.

These groups have been targeting rural communities, motorists, and travelers in several states, often resulting in abductions, killings, and attacks on livelihoods. Security agencies have reportedly stepped up operations against the groups in the affected areas, while authorities have consistently called for enhanced collaboration between security forces and local communities to combat the security challenges faced by the region.
