Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka has joined the chorus of admirers for Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham, after the 23-year-old's star performance in England's 7-0 victory over Croatia. Bellingham, who notched a goal and provided three assists during the match, silenced his critics and silenced them well. This comes in the wake of a string of impressive displays that have left many questioning his doubters.
Fellow England teammate Saka praised Bellingham, stating, "Jude Bellingham deserved England Player of the Year. He was special (against Croatia on Saturday). I'm happy to play with him and to have him in the England team."
