Aqarat: Real estate sales value drops in 40th week

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) disclosed a decline in real estate market indicators in Qatar during the 40th week of 2026. The week-long sales value totaled QR482.4 million, a 30.9% decrease compared to the previous week and a 20% drop year-over-year. Only 118 contracts were completed, a 15.1% reduction week-over-week and a 21.9% fall year-over-year.
