‘All the camps will dissolve’ – Bawumia demands one NPP for 2028

Former Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia has called for unity within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the 2028 general election. In a statement following the party’s National Delegates Conference, Bawumia emphasized that all internal contests should be put behind them and that the party must focus on uniting around the goal of winning the upcoming election.

He assured those who lost in the national executive elections that they would still play a role in the party’s campaign, stating, “All the camps will dissolve, and let us have one MPP come and go and win 2028.”
