Trump praised Yaniv Hayoun for helping save flydubai flight FZ1073, while Ambassador Mike Huckabee thanked him in person and gifted him a Trump-signed MAGA hat.
US President Donald Trump expressed his gratitude to Yaniv Hayoun, a passenger on the hijacked flydubai flight FZ1073, for his heroic actions that saved the lives of 170 people. In a TikTok post, Trump praised Hayoun, calling him a hero and wishing him well. The incident occurred when Hayoun and other passengers met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who then asked them to convey their admiration to Trump.
Following the meeting, Hayoun also met with US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, who gifted him a signed MAGA hat. Huckabee emphasized Trump's admiration for Hayoun's courage and selflessness, stating that the public's gratitude was insufficient, and he wished he could personally thank Hayoun for his actions.
