Rapid KL tambah baik perkhidmatan bas perantara F1

Putrajaya: Rapid KL has enhanced the coordination of intercity bus services to the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) in response to passenger feedback following the Formula One (F1) Grand Prix (GP) Bahrain event. In a statement today, the public transportation chief clarified that the intercity bus service operates as planned, in line with the agreed-upon operational rules, in coordination with event organizers.

Following the feedback received, Rapid KL, along with SIC organizers and relevant agencies, has made adjustments to the designated pickup and drop-off locations. These changes commenced today to ensure smoother and more organized passenger movement, according to Rapid KL. The statement assured that traffic flow and passenger movement remained smooth and under control by 11 a.m. Rapid KL will continue to monitor the situation alongside SIC and relevant agencies to ensure a seamless passenger experience and improve the overall Formula One (F1) Grand Prix Bahrain event, per the statement.

Rapid KL elaborated that the intercity bus service involves controlling and regulating buses and passengers according to the established rules, while the overall traffic coordination to and from SIC and managing passenger flow at pickup and drop-off locations is coordinated with event organizers and relevant agencies. Rapid KL also pledged continued cooperation with all parties to ensure smooth operation and passenger movement throughout the event.

Rapid KL appreciates the patience, cooperation, and feedback from passengers in helping to enhance travel experiences throughout the event, according to the statement. The F1 Bahrain Grand Prix 2026 ran at SIC from yesterday to tomorrow, turning the iconic circuit into a temporary venue for the prestigious event.
