The US Department of State's October 2026 Visa Bulletin reveals that Indian applicants for employment-based green cards in the EB-2 category still face significant delays, with the final action date set at November 1, 2013. This is over 11 years behind the cutoff for most other countries, which is January 1, 2025. Only those with priority dates earlier than November 1, 2013, are eligible to receive an immigrant visa, subject to other eligibility requirements.
