Real Madrid defender Marc Cucurella has stated that it is premature to criticize manager Jose Mourinho during the team's early struggles in La Liga. Speaking at a press conference, Cucurella emphasized that the team must be judged at the end of the season, as Mourinho has lost two of the first seven La Liga matches since his return to the club.
The defeats to Real Betis and Atletico Madrid have left Real Madrid six points behind Barcelona. Cucurella acknowledged that players had limited pre-season preparation before the season started and that the team is still in the early stages of adapting to the new management.
