Komal clarified that their public appearances were due to the film's promotion, not a personal relationship. She challenged those who assumed their appearances were personal, stating they are working together and will continue to be seen together.

Komal accused some actresses in the industry of using the controversy to stay relevant. She pointed out specific names, Kashmera Shah and Divya Khossla, who had previously criticized her. She asked them to stop associating themselves with her name, emphasizing that her dignity is in her own hands.
