Golden Nuggets: Let Brandin Cook(s)

Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills meet in AFC Divisional Playoff game on January 17, 2026 in Denver, Colorado. Ja Quan McMillian #29 of the Denver Broncos battles Brandin Cooks #18 of the Buffalo Bills. The Broncos' defense is formidable, but not as dominant as some of their future opponents. The offensive line has shown promise but hasn't faced a pass rush of this caliber yet.

The 49ers will need to exploit the Broncos' linebackers when their top wide receivers are unavailable. Quarterback Bo Nix's athleticism is a key factor for the 49ers offense, but he has struggled with consistency. The 49ers' secondary is strong, but any coverage errors could prove costly. The Broncos' defensive coordinator, Vance Joseph, has shown his ability to make aggressive plays, which could pose a problem for the 49ers' offense.

The 49ers need multiple players to make significant plays in order to keep their undefeated record. Quarterback Matthew Stafford might face some pressure from defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa, who is the cornerstone of the Broncos defense. Quarterback Brock Purdy will lead the 49ers against the Broncos, aiming to maintain their perfect season.
