A round-up of the latest Barcelona news and rumors
FC Barcelona captain Raphinha has been named LaLiga's Player of the Month for September, marking his second consecutive award. The Brazilian star was also recently named the competition's best player, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Following a trip to Australia where Raphinha developed edema in his right thigh, the club issued a statement to confirm that he is not injured and will return in time for the LaLiga season's revival. Speaking to Reuters, defender Marc Cubarsi emphasized the importance of prioritizing mental well-being.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé is reportedly eager to reunite with Barcelona for a crucial El Clásico clash. Real Madrid, meanwhile, are keen for Mbappé to be fully fit for the much-hyped match, but it is widely anticipated that he will be recovered beforehand.
