CM Vijay raises son Jason Sanjay’s photo above his head at roadshow, supports Sigma. Watch

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay showcased his support for his son Jason's film Sigma during a roadshow in Madhurandhagam on Friday. A party volunteer presented Vijay with a framed photograph of Jason from Sigma, which he held above his head for the audience to see. The image quickly became a viral sensation on social media. Meanwhile, the rest of Jason's family was in Chennai, watching the film's first-day release at Kamala Cinemas.

Jason's mother, Sangeetha Sornalingam, arrived at the theatre and was captured smiling and acknowledging photographers. Jason's sister, Divya Saasha, wore a black Sigma T-shirt to display her support. The film, directed by Vijay, had a modest opening with Rs 2.35 crore net collections in India on its first day. Despite the film's modest debut, Jason had assured his father that he would take time to analyze the movie before sharing his opinion.
