Brewers vs Padres prediction, LIVE NLDS updates and where to watch Game 1 today
Is this the year Brewers or Padres will win their first World Series title?
The Milwaukee Brewers will face the San Diego Padres in Game 1 of the National League Division Series on Saturday night, October 3. Milwaukee clinched the best record in MLB with 103 wins in the regular season and received a first-round bye, while San Diego won the wild card series against Chicago by sweeping them. According to Padres manager Craig Stammen, both teams aim to capitalize on early leads and rely on their bullpen for the remainder of the games, expecting a series filled with close contests.
This will be the Brewers' first World Series appearance, having previously made it back in 1982, while the Padres have never won the championship, with their last appearance dating back to 1998. The game is scheduled to start at 8:30 p.m. ET on FS1 and Fox Deportes, with live streaming available on Fubo and Fox One.
