Late night television hosts Seth Meyers and John Oliver joined Jimmy Kimmel's show to discuss why President Trump seems to dislike Kimmel more than them. Meyers and Oliver were promoting their upcoming residency at the Beacon Theater. Kimmel often appears during audience Q&As, and the trio jokingly discussed their relationship with the president.
Oliver explained that during their residency, Kimmel commonly asked audience members about their feelings towards Trump, to which the duo always responded that they were fully supportive. Kimmel shared his own theory about why Trump dislikes Kimmel more, noting that he doesn't have access to the same channels as the other late-night hosts, such as HBO and Comedy Central.
Meyers and Oliver agreed, joking that even if they were fans of Kimmel, Trump wouldn't respect them due to their perceived dorkiness.
