Afropop superstar Mr Eazi returns with his buoyant new single “Comfort,” featuring Ghanaian-American singer MOLIY, the breakout voice behind the global hit “Shake It to the Max (FLY).”
Afropop sensation Mr Eazi has returned with his new single "Comfort," featuring Ghanaian-American singer MOLIY. The track, produced by Nigerian hitmaker Ragee, captures the breezy, rhythm-driven sound that defines Mr Eazi's career. Describing "Comfort" as an updated version of his signature sound, Mr Eazi confirms that the track is a continuation of his fusionist style, often referred to as Banku Music.
The song carries an additional layer of significance for Ghanaian audiences, as Mr Eazi's musical journey has been deeply rooted in Ghana, where he began his career. His early collaborations, such as "Bankulize" with Pappy Kojo and "Skin Tight" with Efya, helped establish his unique sound. The connection between Mr Eazi and MOLIY in "Comfort" is particularly fitting, as MOLIY is a rising star in Ghanaian music, known for her hit "Shake It to the Max."
This collaboration brings together two artists who have been shaped by Ghana's growing influence on global Afropop.
