Metallica Sphere Setlist: Every Song From Night 1 of ‘Life Burns Faster’ Las Vegas Residency
The hard rock legends have Sphere dates scheduled through March 2027.
Metallica unveiled their setlist for the opening night of their Life Burns Faster residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas on Thursday (Oct. 1). The hard rock icons made the decision to perform at the state-of-the-art venue after being inspired by U2's visit to the Sphere in September 2023. Lars Ulrich, the band's co-founder and drummer, shared his excitement about the opportunity to reinvent their live performances and interact with fans in a new way.
The band plans to keep the residency fresh with a No Repeat Weekend tradition, ensuring that each show is unique. Fans can look forward to more nights at the residency later this month and next, with additional dates set for the first quarter of 2027, concluding on March 13. Metallica joins a list of other artists to headline the Sphere, including Eagles, Backstreet Boys, No Doubt, Kenny Chesney, and John Mayer.
