HRSA names 10 drugmakers for revised 340B rebate pilot ahead of 2027 launch
The list of approved participants and drugs is larger than the controversial pilot's first attempted launch. It comes the same day that CMS launched a soon-to-be-mandatory data repository for Part D 340B claim submissions.
