Former Barcelona winger Joao Felix harbors aspirations for a return to the Catalan club, yet finds himself without a place in the present team. Felix's temporary stint at Barcelona was merely average, and despite his subsequent success in Saudi Arabia's Al Nassr, the club has no intention to grant him a permanent deal. As his contract expires at the end of the season, Felix expresses interest in a European comeback, with Barcelona as his top choice.
However, Barcelona's management remains uninterested, as the present squad boasts an abundance of talent. The attacking department is particularly crowded, featuring options like Anthony Gordon, Karim Adeyemi, Dani Olmo, Fermin Lopez, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Gabriel Jesus, and more. Consequently, Felix's chances of reuniting with his former club seem slim, but there remains a possibility that he can realize his European return through alternative avenues.
