Damar Hamlin’s foundation provides new AED to Sto-Rox

Sto-Rox school in Pennsylvania now has an AED thanks to a donation from Damar Hamlin's Chasing M's Foundation and the NFL. The new state law mandates that every school in the PIAA have an automated external defibrillator at every sporting event. Sto-Rox Athletic Director Shomari Phelps expressed delight over the renewed precautions for the new school year.

Damar Hamlin's foundation has contributed over $1 million worth of AED donations, passing the $1 million mark recently. Hamlin's father, Mario Hamlin, views this as a full-circle moment for his son, who strives to keep youth safe. The American Heart Association states that immediate access to AEDs and CPR can significantly boost survival rates.
