Barcelona send scouts to watch Stuttgart center-back Finn Jeltsch
The youngster is attracting interest from across Europe.
Barcelona's scouts are reportedly keeping an eye on Stuttgart and Germany defender Finn Jeltsch, as the club continues its pursuit of a potential new center-back. According to Sky Sport Germany, Barcelona and Inter scouts were seen in Stuttgart last month, watching Jeltsch play against Viking Stavanger in a Champions League match.
The 20-year-old is also said to have garnered interest from Premier League clubs and was included in Jurgen Klopp's Germany squad for the Nations League fixtures. Jeltsch started his career at FC Nürnberg before signing with Stuttgart in 2025. Since then, he has impressed in the Bundesliga, earning a regular spot in the starting lineup.
Jeltsch's estimated value is around €45 million, and his performance continues to draw attention from clubs across Europe. Despite Barcelona's interest, the club reportedly opted to focus on strengthening its attacking options when it had the chance to sign a defender last summer, instead choosing to bring in Rodri from Manchester City.
