Alito says he lost friends over Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito told CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford that he lost friends over his decision in the 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, which overturned Roe v. Wade. "It's part of the job that you're going to displease people by making decisions on controversial matters," Alito said in an interview airing Monday.
