Actress Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha loses father

Nollywood actress Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha has announced the death of her father, Leonard Ndukaife Chukwuka. In an emotional Instagram post, the actress expressed her grief, stating that her father had "gone to be with the Lord." Chukwuka revealed that she lost her mother 13 years ago, leaving her without either parent. She described her late father as "my daddy, papa’m, obara’m, my comfort" and expressed gratitude for his long life and the opportunity to see his children and grandchildren.

Chukwuka also reflected on the pain of losing a parent, regardless of their age, stating that no matter how many years one is given with a parent, they still want one more conversation, one more embrace, and one more day. She requested that the public keep her, her siblings, and the Chukwuka family in their prayers as she comes to terms with her grief.
