YYForce deploys service robot at Marriott hotel in Malaysia

YYForce Inc., a Singapore-based workforce solutions provider, has introduced a hospitality service robot at Aloft by Marriott Langkawi Pantai Tengah in Langkawi, Malaysia. The robot, branded as YY Circle Malaysia, is intended to aid hotel staff with routine operational tasks. The deployment allows YYForce to evaluate the robot's performance, reliability, staff adoption, and guest feedback in a hotel setting.

CEO Mike Fu emphasized that the company aims to incorporate robotics into real operating environments to enhance the service experience. YYForce operates its workforce platform, YY Circle, across various sectors, including hospitality, food and beverage, and retail. The company plans to leverage insights from hotel environments to shape future deployments and refine existing services.
