In 1979, Talking Heads released the acclaimed album Fear of Music, which includes hits like "I Zimbra" and "Heaven." Now, Rhino Records is celebrating the album with a super deluxe edition, set to release on November 13th. This expanded package contains bonus content and previously unreleased material, available in 3xCD, 2xLP, and 6xLP formats.
Special editions of the vinyl and Blu-ray include custom etchings and new Dolby Atmos, 5.1 surround sound, and high-resolution stereo mixes. The super deluxe edition also features two fully captured concerts from the Live at the Berklee Performance Center and Live at Capitol Theatre performances, along with a 60-page hardcover book featuring rare photos and liner notes by Will Hermes, author of Love Goes to Buildings on Fire. The new live video of "Life During Wartime" is available on the band's YouTube channel.
