Several regions of Ukraine hit by power cuts after Russian strikes, grid operator says

The Energy Ministry reported that certain consumers in Kirovohrad, Rivne, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv oblasts were without electricity as of October 1 following Russian strikes on energy infrastructure the previous day.
