Riftbound Radiance TCG: Exclusive Mordekaiser Card Reveal
Riftbound’s fifth set, Radiance, is coming up soon, so that means new Legends to play around with before the end of the year. We’re happy to exclusively reveal the overnumbered variant for the new legend, Mordekaiser.
Riftbound’s upcoming fifth set, Radiance, will introduce the base and overnumbered variant of a new legendary card, Mordekaiser, also known as The Iron Revenant. This card features two forms: an original and a spiritual armored form from the game. Mordekaiser's main ability allows players to add power that can be reused for any rune or color when playing a unit or gear, provided it is possible to banish or remove a card from the trash.
As a legend of Fury (red) and Order (yellow), Mordekaiser is expected to lead to aggressive gameplay with the potential for rapid deathknells. The card's ability to recycle power can be particularly useful for color fixing or utilizing it towards the recycle cost of quick draw or ambush cards. Riftbound Radiance is set for release on October 23 with pre-release events beginning on October 16 at local game stores.
