Putin Raises Nuclear Threat Over Kaliningrad, Says Russia Monitors Arms Factories in Europe
Speaking at the Valdai Club on Thursday, Oct. 1, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that a “direct attack” on Russia or Kaliningrad would raise the question of using all its weapons, even nuclear. The warning follows Moscow’s message to NATO this week, threatening its “entire arsenal” over the exclave.
