PACE Declares Russia’s New State Duma Illegitimate
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a new resolution on Wednesday, Sept. 30, declaring Russia’s new State Duma illegitimate following the Sept. 18-20 held in Russia and occupied territories of Ukraine. During the meeting, PACE urged sanctions on election organizers and further limits on tourist visas for Russian nationals.
