James Hardie appoints Jennifer Kong-Picarello to board

James Hardie Industries has added Jennifer Kong-Picarello to its board of directors. Kong-Picarello, now Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Terex Corporation, joins the company's Audit Committee in November 2026. With over 25 years of experience in finance leadership, particularly in manufacturing and industrial technology sectors, she will bring valuable expertise in financial management, capital allocation, and M&A execution and integration.

Nigel Stein, Chair of James Hardie, expressed his delight at her appointment, noting her deep experience in global manufacturing and financial management. Kong-Picarello has a strong background in finance, audit roles, and public accounting, including stints at Tyco International and Deloitte.
