BI Group strengthens UAE platform as it enters next phase of growth in Dubai

Dubai - BI Group, a global construction and development firm with a history spanning over three decades, is expanding its foothold in the UAE, marking a new chapter in its growth trajectory in Dubai. Originating in Kazakhstan in 1995, the company has grown from a regional construction firm into a worldwide organization operating across various sectors, including investment, master planning, design, engineering, construction, development, and asset management.

To capitalize on this opportunity, BI Group has set up a dedicated Dubai-based operation to manage its projects, partnerships, and delivery in the UAE. The company aims to develop integrated, master-planned communities tailored to Dubai's diverse and international population. Currently, BI Group's portfolio in Dubai consists of three residential developments, with plans for additional mixed-use and residential ventures under evaluation.

The company's upcoming project, Meydan Horizon, is part of a broader pipeline that will support its future expansion in the emirate. These initial projects will not only showcase BI Group's capabilities but also lay the groundwork for larger, community-scale developments, an area where the firm has considerable experience. Aidyn Rakhimbayev, CEO of BI Group Holding, emphasized the significance of Dubai as a sophisticated and competitive real estate market, stating that the company approaches it with respect for its achievements and a commitment to earning trust through delivery.

BI Group's ambition is to establish a long-term presence in the UAE, underpinned by strong leadership, international expertise, and an unwavering focus on the quality of the projects it creates. With a portfolio that includes over 250 projects and a total residential space delivery of 2.4 million square meters in 2025, BI Group ranks 131st on the ENR 2026 Top 250 global contractors list.

The company's global presence extends across Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the UAE, Georgia, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. CEO of BI Group UAE, Ruslan Yembergenov, highlighted the company's entry into Dubai as a learning experience, acknowledging that credibility in the local market must be earned through local engagement.

The company is assembling a Dubai-based team with in-depth knowledge of the market and forging partnerships with experienced UAE firms to ensure the successful development of projects that cater to Dubai's international residents and contribute positively to the city's growth.
