'Absolutely nothing' justifies arrest of Niger journalist, rights expert tells RFI

Journalist Moussa Kaka has been missing since 31 August, when he left the offices of radio and television station Saraounia in the capital, Niamey, to return home. His family has not seen him since and the Nigerien authorities have offered no explanation. Alioune Tine, a Senegalese human rights activist, believes they are implicated in his disappearance.
