12 Lego sets retiring soon — including an iconic Halloween set that's my spooky season essential
Plus a world of pure imagination and a London landmark packed with delightful details.
Lego is set to retire several iconic sets soon, including a beloved Halloween themed kit. One of the sets being phased out is the Nightmare Before Christmas edition, which beautifully captures Halloween Town in all its quirky charm. The set includes recognizable scenes such as the moon over Spiral Hill, making it a perfect addition for the spooky season.
However, due to its imminent retirement, it's suggested to grab a copy if you're interested before it's too late. Another set that's receiving the axe is the Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory Lego kit, based on the classic Gene Wilder film, not the Johnny Depp version. This set beautifully recreates the movie's magical and eerie atmosphere, featuring elements like the candy scenery, chocolate river, and the paddle boat from the film. Scroll down to explore more sets that will soon join Lego's retiring lineup.
