Woman dies after Swiss apartment block blast

A woman tragically lost her life after an explosion devastated an apartment block in Neuchatel, Switzerland. On Tuesday, shortly before noon, a blast occurred in a first-floor apartment, injuring four individuals who were present at the time. The fourth victim, a 55-year-old woman, suffered severe injuries and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.

Regrettably, she succumbed to her injuries on Wednesday morning, as confirmed by the Neuchatel police. A video shared by RTS depicted flames and thick black smoke emanating from the windows of the affected first-floor apartment, causing significant damage to the building's facade.
